Metastatic Bladder Cancer Roadmap

Understanding your diagnosis and treatment history can help guide conversations with your care team and help you explore available options.

1. Diagnosis & Cancer History

Where did the cancer begin? What type of bladder cancer were you diagnosed with? When was metastatic (Stage IV) disease diagnosed? Before metastatic disease was diagnosed, did you receive any of the following treatments?

Has your bladder been removed (radical cystectomy)?

If the bladder was removed, what type of urinary diversion do you have?

Cisplatin is an important chemotherapy used in bladder cancer, but not all patients can safely receive it.
